You need a therapist who understands that your anxiety isn't just anxiety, it's your nervous system trying to keep you safe using strategies that worked when you were younger but don't serve you anymore. You want someone who can help you understand why you developed these patterns and, more importantly, how to change them.
At InnerWoven, we don't just treat symptoms. We get to the root of why you keep ending up in the same cycles, feeling the same overwhelm, and struggling with the same relationship patterns. Every approach I use is designed to help you move from surviving to actually living with practical tools you can use and deeper awareness that creates lasting change.
You're successful, thoughtful, and responsible - but you're exhausted. You've spent your life overfunctioning, performing, or people-pleasing to feel safe, and you're ready to discover what it would feel like to actually be free.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-backed therapy that helps the brain reprocess unresolved memories and trauma. Using bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements, sounds, or tapping), your system can “re-file” old experiences, so they no longer carry the same emotional weight.
The memories don’t disappear, but they lose their power. Patterns like anxiety, self-criticism, or shutting down can begin to shift, making space for new ways of feeling, thinking, and responding. EMDR is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and the lasting impact of painful relationships or childhood experiences. I use an integrative approach that draws from parts work and somatic interventions to give a wholistic experience of healing. This modality is not suitable for every client but we will determine together if it could be a good fit for you.
Internal Family Systems (IFS), created by Dr. Richard Schwartz, is a powerful therapy model that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself. We all have inner parts, like the perfectionist, the caretaker, or the critic—that developed to protect us, often during painful or overwhelming experiences.
In IFS, you learn to meet these parts with compassion instead of judgment. As you build a relationship with them, you discover they’re not flaws, but protectors. This process helps you reconnect with your core Self: the calm, wise, grounded place inside you- so healing feels more like integration than “fixing.”
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a somatic-based approach to healing based on the wisdom of the body. Instead of focusing only on thoughts or emotions, this method helps you notice physical patterns—like tension, posture, or breath, that carry your history.
Our bodies often hold what our minds can’t put into words. By gently working with these sensations, movements, and impulses, you can release old survival responses, restore regulation to your nervous system, and feel more grounded in the present. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and the lingering effects of stress stored in the body.
All my work is grounded in attachment theory and mindfulness. Attachment theory helps us understand how early relationships shaped the way you connect with yourself and others. Mindfulness brings you into the present moment with curiosity and compassion, so you can notice old patterns as they arise without judgment and begin to choose differently. Together, they create a path toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and more secure, authentic connection. trauma, anxiety, and the lingering effects of stress stored in the body.

When appointments are canceled last minute, it impacts both our work together and the flow of the practice. Please call, text, or email at least 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions, will be charged the full fee.
While I personally prefer in-person sessions, I do offer virtual sessions to accommodate those who need it.
Great question! It depends on your needs. I usually recommend weekly sessions at first to build momentum and set goals. If we’re addressing distress, trauma, or doing deep work on a timeline, weekly sessions are best. For ongoing growth, bi-weekly sessions provide space to apply what you’re learning. I don’t consider monthly sessions active therapy but can be used as check-ins as you continue integrating the insights gained and changes made into your everyday life.
Yes! BUT, we can’t do therapy. My state licensure only applies to the state of Arizona, so while I don't do therapy for out of state clients, I'm happy to do coaching sessions depending on your needs.
Therapy: We work with trauma, attachment wounds, and deeper healing through evidence-based modalities like EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches. Therapy is for reprocessing and resolving painful experiences, tending to the roots of what keeps you stuck, and practicing a new way of showing up in your life.
Coaching: We focus on identifying patterns, reconnecting you to your body and inner wisdom, and creating a clear map forward. It’s about growth, embodiment, and aligned action—without trauma reprocessing or clinical modalities. Coaching is best if you’re looking for clarity, direction, and support in building the life you want now.
